4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of all PDF documents you upload. By uploading, you grant EliteChain a limited license to process the document for generating learning content. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit.

5. AI-Generated Content

Learning content generated by our AI is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. EliteChain is not a substitute for professional education or academic instruction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload copyrighted material without authorization, use the platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI systems, or share your account with others.

7. Limitation of Liability

EliteChain is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to academic outcomes based on AI-generated content.
